Tasks accomplished:
- Add a new option to customize the responsive image identifier and creation method. New title and creation method form controls were added to plugin settings, form, and content image edit sections to ensure that users can specify a size identifier and fully customize the way that the images are created (by resizing, cropping, or resizing then cropping).
- Fix small issues and bugs in responsive images functionality. Small fixes and improvements were added based on the code review by the community.
